Can I add new employees to my payroll system with HRIS?

Adding and removing employees on the payroll system alone during the payroll cycle is time-consuming. I want to know if I would be able to update relevant employee data such as marital status and bank details changes on the HRIS from my payroll system during a payroll cycle seamlessly if I integrate it with the payroll system.

Yes, if you integrate your HRIS with your payroll system, data will transfer back and forth between the two. Your new hire data, updates for your current employees, and other relevant data will transfer from your HRIS to your payroll software.
