Can I add new employees to my payroll system with HRIS?

Adding and removing employees on the payroll system alone during the payroll cycle is time-consuming. I want to know if I would be able to update relevant employee data such as marital status and bank details changes on the HRIS from my payroll system during a payroll cycle seamlessly if I integrate it with the payroll system.
